SELF-CARE SUNDAYS + ALLWOOD HOUSE
“Sunday” is not calendar-based.
It is psychological space.
It represents:
pause
recalibration
softness
intentionality
return
interiority
“Self Care Sundays is a quiet space for restoration, reflection, and intentional care. A rhythm of return created for individuals navigating sustained pressure, held through conversation, stillness, nourishment, and presence.”

Self-Care Sundays: Year-End Corporate + NGO Event (December)
This December, Self-Care Sundays will host a special executive leadership session designed to provide a restorative space for busy leaders to pause, reflect, and close the year with intention. Rooted in the signature Self-Care Sundays experience, the session will combine guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, and a creative “make-and-take” mindfulness activity that encourages participants to reconnect with purpose and cultivate practices that support clarity, resilience, and thoughtful leadership in demanding environments.
As a meaningful extension of the Self-Care Sundays ethos of care and community, the items created during the make-and-take component will also serve a social purpose. All of the handcrafted items will be donated to a selected charity or community organization, transforming a personal wellness activity into a small but tangible act of collective giving. This approach allows participants to experience renewal while also contributing to the well-being of others, reinforcing the idea that leadership, reflection, and social responsibility can coexist in simple yet impactful ways.
